SHIPPING POLICY

-We periodically offer shipping and product discounts - subscribe via email or follow us on social media to be the first to know when we're offering discounts!
-We ship via UPS primarily in North America, as well as USPS (and to many international destinations via DHL)
-Pricing is based on shipment destination, and weight of products (The Rain and Sunshine vehicles are high-quality and fairly thick gauge steel to offer the durability you expect of Nylint's models - the bundle weighs about 6 pounds in shipment)
-Bundle and individual vehicle models are shipped out during typical business hours on weekdays, and are often shipped on the same day if you order before 12 PM Eastern US Time
-Other products can vary from a few days to a week for shipment from date of order due to time required for personalization, such as the certificates of authenticity
-The vehicle models and accompanying book ship from Massachusetts; other products ship from varying parts of the US

- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Domestic Shipping:
Standard (5-8 Business Days): varies per destination
Express (3 Business Days): varies per destination
- PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
- CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.
- RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 30 day(s) from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. For more information, visit https://nylinttoys.com/pages/return-policy.
- DELAYED ORDERS
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.
- DAMAGED ORDERS
Nylint is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
- SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
